Sunroom Warranty Information from Grand Additions

Gorell Grand Additions warrants that its patio room or conservatory installed on your single family residence will be free from material and manufacturing defects, under normal use and service, from the date of manufacture, for a period as described below, except as otherwise noted.

I. WARRANTY PERIOD (for sections II through IV below)

• U.S. Series Aluminum Patio Room components: 10 Years
• Presidential Series Vinyl Patio Room components: Lifetime
• American Conservatory® Series components: Lifetime

II. BASIC UNIT

The material used in the assembly of patio rooms and conservatories is warranted to be free from defects under normal use and service. Gorell Grand Additions also warrants that the finish on the products will not blister or peel (except for normal weathering) under normal use and service.

III. VERTICALLY GLAZED INSULATING GLASS

All vertical glass in the patio rooms or conservatories is warranted to be free from defects in material and manufacturing, except for commercially acceptable flaws in standard (q3) glass. All vertical insulating glass panels are warranted to be free from material obstruction of view caused by film formation and/or dust collection between the interior surface of the glass due to the failure of the seal, under normal use and service.

In addition, Gorell Grand Additions will provide replacement glass free of charge once the product is installed on your home for any broken glass (except beveled/specialty/leaded glass or skylights), regardless of cause. To receive replacement glass, contact the Gorell Grand Additions dealer from whom you purchased your patio room components.

IV. OTHER ACCESSORIES AND PARTS

The accessories and parts affixed to the patio rooms are warranted to be free from defects in material and manufacturing, under normal use and service. Gorell Grand Additions will replace any broken, damaged or defective accessory or part, regardless of cause. In order to receive replacement accessories or parts, contact the dealer from whom you purchased your patio room.

V. POLYCARBONATE FOR CONSERVATORY ROOF

The manufacturer warrants the polycarbonate sheets used in the conservatory roof for a period of ten (10) years relating to light transmission and breakage.

Gorell Grand Additions will provide the repair or replacement part(s) according to the terms stated herein. You are responsible for the costs of making the repair or replacement, including the costs of removal, installation or reinstallation of the components and shipping if not to an existing, authorized Gorell Grand Additions dealer.
